The MASTER project aims to transfer innovative results, methodologies (related to both need analysis and multichannel training design and delivery) and utilities related to adaptive multichannel learning systems in order to support of SMEs workers VET with new programs, channels and opportunities, increase the competitiveness of the SMEs involved, by creating new (and high quality) VET opportunities.
